How to Get Results in Your Business

Are You Frustrated because you are not accomplishing your goals?  I was too & then I began asking myself this question & I invite you to do the same!!

Ask Yourself this very simple yet powerful question: 

"Is what I Am Doing Right Now...Making me Happy?

Be truthful with yourself....Write whatever comes up in your notebook..and if you start to Cry, that is Good...
Crying never killed anybody...But it does open us up...to Accept & Change!

I think people feel that if its not hard enough, its not worth doing, if we are not suffering, we will not get to that "promised land"

If What you are Doing Right Now...Is Not Giving you Happiness...

You need to ask yourself

Why Are You Expecting Happiness from Outside of YOURSELF ?
What Expectations do You Have from your job?
What Expectations do you have from your family...?

Are you thinking:  But, Pat, I really hate going into the office everyday and I feel under-appreciated...but I have a family to feed...What should I do?

I totally empathize with that situation....and No I do not recommend you leave your job unless you have at least 6 months of savings in the bank, especially if you have a family and young ones to feed.


Would you Be Willing to do a Few Things Everyday that Will Transform Your Circumstances for the next 30 Days?

Morning of Champions:

1.  Watch this 5min. Video...Everyday for 30 days

2. 

Journal

for 10 mins...Being Grateful For Your Present Reality as well as any

concerns for the day.

Example:

 "I am Grateful that I have a job and am providing for my family"

The Sooner we can Feel Good about Exactly the Way our Life is Right Now...is 

the Sooner we can Attract What We Truly Desire.

When we are Happy Just Because....Life Becomes Easier for Us...It Becomes

Easier for What we Want to Come Into our Reality!

When You are Happy and or looking for the good in others, doing a good deed, praising another....You are emitting goodness, positive-ness and something as simple as Smiling can and will make a difference in the Vibe you
are Sending Out!!

If you go to your job & just start finding things you like about your co-workers
If you just decide JUST FOR TODAY: No Complaining

If You decide: Just for Today, I will Enjoy my job
Guess What, You can and Will shift the Vibrations to a Higher Level and You will begin as if by Magic to see a Shift...

That may lead to you actually finding yourself being appreciated by your co-workers, you actually liking your boss, you being asked to do a presentation, Imagine, getting a raise or Getting a job offer at a firm you always wanted to work with, with less hours and more pay, leaving you enough time in the evening to build up your own business or whatever it is that you truly Desire!!



If you are Complaining....

You will see Your Life as STUCK, Horrible etc..and that is because if you are sending out Anger &
You will be hit back with Anger..You will continue to
attract Exactly what it is you say you don't want.

Imagine The "Miracles" that Could come your Way....Once you STOP COMPLAINING....OR RESISTING...OR HATING...

Here is a Powerful Exercise to Shift Your Current Feelings of Negativity

SMILE :)

YOU can't Be Pissed Off if you are Smiling....!!

If you are Being Grateful...What you want come to us without Resistance!!

#1.   Be Grateful In The Present...

Watch you Reality become a Reality that Inspires You!!

#2.  Smiling, really does change your Physiology....

Practice Smiling at least 1o mins per day in front of the mirror, on the subway...Just make yourself Aware that You are Practicing Smiling...(maybe do this exercise with your Wife, Partner, Business Associate etc..)

OK, so to wrap up:  

How to Get Results in Your Business:


1.  Watch this 5min. Video...Everyday for 30 days / In the Morning

2. 
Journal

for 10 mins...in the morning...

3.
Practice Smiling / in the mirror or in your car, subway etc..at least 10mins per day...
When you catch yourself beginning to Complain or get Negative:

Switch to: Put On Your Smile..:)
Begin to Be aware of Your Present Moment

If You Do these 3 Simple Yet Powerful Exercises...Everyday for 30 days total of
25 mins per day!!
You Will See a Powerful Change taking place in your life!!
